Hey Everybody,
I'm just coming down off of two weekends in a row of conference speaking, and it looks like it is going to be that kind of day--you know, the let's-get-it-all-done-today kind of day where you finally tend to to those things you have long neglected: cleaning out the closet; putting up the tomatoes, corn, and peppers; changing the sheets; and cooking for boys who are always hungry! yeah, it's that kind of day.
Don't you love days that are spent at home? Maybe you don't. I'm just such a homebody, and I love those days that start and end at home--with every minute spent padding around in my sock feet and piddling with the details of the house. Oh, it feels good! It feels good not to rush and not to have to be anywhere at any particular time. I'm am very thankful for a day at home.
And btw, there is no way that it is all going to get done today. But it doesn't have to. :)

I waste too much time on the PC, but I also do lots of laundry, cleaning, organizing.
I am a fan of sneakers, so usually when I'm doing house work, I have shoes on. :-)
I would have guessed you to be an organizer, girl! Praying for you today as you pack, etc. for the conference!

Today it's the floor day!
I LOVE my days at home with the kiddos, especially lately. I feel like they are few and far between. My biggest challenge is balancing computer and family -- if only I could figure it out!

I'm so glad to find your new blog...I had checked your other blog several times over the past few months and thought you had given up on it. Then at She Speaks Kelly kept saying "Becky this" and "Becky that" and it dawned on me that I knew you through blogging.
Since my son and family live in Clarksville we are hoping to get together for lunch/dinner the next time I'm in town and would love for you to join us! Don't know when that will be, but we'll keep you posted.
I LOVE having time at home. Seems like I don't do it often enough, but when I DO have time, I love to clean, organize and cook a nice meal for the fam. After I get off my computer, that is! LOL
